browser always starts up 'workintg offline', I have to click that button in file menu to undo it ....

Whenever I exit the browser & restart it later, it always (re)starts in offline mode, I have to click that button under the file menu to get the browser to work AOK.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use browser under FC9 64-bit; exit
2.start it back up later. It should be in offline mode
3.click work offline button under file menu to disable that & it works AOK ....
Actual Results:  
as above ....

Expected Results:  
should not restart in offline mode unless I told it to ....

Whatever you want .... This is box stock FC9 64-bit, Gnome desktop, fully patched up as of last Saturday.
Al, do you think this is related to your install-theme, come up in offline mode bug?
Could be but there is nothing indicating that this is necessarily the case. They are both on Linux though.
