User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008051206 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008051206 Firefox/3.0 See the Steps to Reproduce below for all details. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Here are the steps I have taken: 1. Opened up the lastest version of Firefox 3 2. Went to www.americalidol.com 3. In the middle of the home page is a tab called "Watch Today's Video." And in this tab is a blue icon with the words below it that says 'Click here to download plugin' 4. I click to download plugin and all seems to download well. 5. I then restart Firefox 6. Upon restart Firefox takes me back to www.americanidol.com. However, in the "Watch Today's Video." I still see the blue icon with the words "Click here to download plugin.' 7. So, I try again and the exact same results happen. Firefox still does not acknowledge that Adobe Flash has installed. 8. Next, I click on "Install Missing Plugin" button, but the exact same results occur. 9. Finally, I went to http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/animator and the exact same thing happens at this website as well. Expected Results: I expected the plugin to install correct so I can watch the flash movie.
