I have a note in my files to indicate that Slovenian team is not making any changes to any of the web services including search, RSS feed, or RSS readers. And that you are taking defaults for mailto (Gmail, Yahoo!, and MSN livemail) or calendar (Google, Yahoo!, 30boxes). Please confirm for public records thanks :)

This bug should be only about search, rss readers and protocol handlers. http://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox_web_services_guidelines has more information. RSS Readers are services like bloglines or google, webservices that allow you to read subscribed feeds. protocol handlers are webservices for protocols like mailto: or webcal:. For en-US, we currently only of support of Yahoo Mail for mailto: and 30 boxes for webcal: The difference between protocol handlers and content handlers (RSS Readers) is rather technical, one keys of the uri scheme, the other of the content type. Search implementation is in browser/searchplugins (up to ordering), the readers are in browser/chrome/browser-region/region.properties. The latter also determines the ordering of search plugins. The Getting Started page as well as the RSS feed for the default bookmarks are server-side changes, and thus are best handled in separate bugs.
So, current status: Search: najdi-si google iskalnik-gov-si yahoo wikipedia-sl RSS Readers: bloglines, yahoo, google Protocol Handlers: 30boxes and yahoo mail. Is that good enough? http://hg.mozilla.org/users/axel_mozilla.com/l10n-src-verification/index.cgi/file/98bab0b1503e/reference/HEAD/sl/ is current reference.
axel's summary above is what I have recorded as well so good for me if that's what we've got we can close this bug :)
The only change I would say we should possibly do is change the mail protocol from yahoo to email.si. But I'd have to discuss that with some folks and we can file a bug if we want it. It should not hold up any release.
Yeah, let's get that in to a follow up bug, implementing the server side of this has proven to be tricky in the details. Make sure to point them to the MDC docs at http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Web-based_protocol_handlers and Clint's test page at http://people.mozilla.org/~ctalbert/test-protocol-links.html? Based on Brian's comment, I'm resolving this FIXED.
