The string /l10n/he/browser/chrome/browser/places/places.properties#mostVisitedTitle is too long, and required to be shorten in order to appear correctly in the bookmarks toolbar.
Currently it is "נצפה בתדירות גבוהה ביותר", but appear as "נצפה בתדירות גבוה...". The only way to get it correcly is to replace that string with "נצפה תדיר", although it sounds bad.
