Of the text-based docs in <http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/> the 3.0 one is empty.

<http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/2.14/txt/Bugzilla-guide.txt> is missing altogether.

Also, some links say "[text]" and some "[txt]". It should be consistent.

2.14 is EOL for years. No need to include it.

This was fixed a long time ago. A problem on the server.
