After printing a page on mac OS X, the Print and Page Setup menu options are disabled.  If focus is transferred to another window (releasing focus from firefox) and then placing focus back to firefox, the Page Setup and Print menu options are re-enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on print and follow print dialog box to save page as a PDF on mac OS X
2. Go to another page or same web page
3. Page Setup and Print menu options are disabled
4. Click on another window losing focus from firefox
5. Click on firefox window to place focus back on firefox
6. Page Setup and Print menu options are reeanabled

Page Setup and Print menu options should not be disabled after printing
