It seems a quote printed in italics doesn't move the cursor as the following character is printed on top of the quote.  See the second section of the provided URL.

Reproducible: Always
I've tried last night on my XP station running FireFox 2.0.0.14.  The rendering was as it should.

This bug has been around long enough, and still happens on the latest & greatest version. Let's confirm and get started on a fix.
