436248 - The data for offline use can not be cleared by "Clear Private Data"

Steps to Perform:

   1. Navigate to http://www.campd.org/stuff/tests/offline/offline1.html.
   2. When the information bar comes down, select "Allow" to let me cache.
   3. Navigate to Edit | Preferences and Select the Advanced | Network tab.
   4. You should see campd.org in the list of of sites that have stored data for offline use. please refer to screenshot1 attached.
   5. Go to Tools | Clear Private Data and check the "Offline Website Data" box.
   6. Select the "Clear Private Data" button

	
Expected Results:

   1. You should no longer see campd.org in the list of sites that have stored data for offline use.
   2. Confirm the offline cache has been cleared by going typing about:cache in the URL bar and confirmingStorage in use = 0 KiB,

Actual Results:

   1. Campd.org still exists in the list of sites have stored data for offline use. please refer to screenshot2 attached.

Regression from bug 442806. I'm getting this error in the console:
JavaScript strict warning: chrome://browser/content/preferences/advanced.js, line 264: reference to undefined property Components.interfaces.nsIOfflineCacheSession

For bug 425637, I don't see a warning when clicking the "Clear Now" button.

There have been updates but here are steps I applied
1) Access https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Childress_Racing
2) Apply File Save As... and save for offline reading
3) Access about:cache and observe Data Size etc... [WorkOffline, go to new tab & ensure page is still readable)
4) Ctrl Shift Del and ensure checkbox for Offline Website Data is checked - Clear Now
5) Check about:cache and observe data has been cleared.
