I can see the File menu activate, but nothing happens. If I use the mouse to click through to the menu and create a new tab via the mouse in the File menu, it works properly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. upload video to youtube 2. try to create a new tab via keyboard while video is uploading 3. be annoyed Actual Results: nothing particular happens Expected Results: a new tab should have been created.
