When the button for additional plugins appears in the yellow bar on the top, clicking the button opens the install for Adobe Flash Player.  The install semms to complete successfully; however, the request to install the plugin appears in the yellow bar again.  The button in the video windows says "Click here to download plugin".  Clicking it gives the same results as clicking the button in the yellow bar.
