43862 - Fonts in XUL textfields are incorrect

When I launch the browser with a debug build from today (Mac), I get a gray
background and the font is not correct.  The image dialog in Composer looks
correct; the Preferences dialog is wrong.

I downloaded a bunch of mac builds and found that the problem appeared between 6/
21 08:00 build and 6/21 20:00 build

Turning off my recent style data sharing code fixes this. It also makes tooltips 
look like they used to, and it makes the location bar look correct too.

I am not sure why XUL elements are behaving differently than HTML elements in 
the way that style data is applied to them, but I think I better turn off my 
changes until I figure it out.

Ben, I am taking this bug because I am pretty sure I caused it, and I know how 
to fix it (at least temporarily). Please let me know if you want it back.

Nominating for nsbeta2 so I can back out the change that caused these problems, 
at least until I can figure it out and fix it in a way that gets along with XUL 
elements.
