New Tab and Close Tab and Reload Tab all have keyboard shortcuts, which I think we should show in the context menus.
We don't show keyboard shortcuts in other context menus. Why should these be different?
I don't think they should be different, necessarily: why don't we have the shortcuts on the other context menus? Seems like the purpose of showing the shortcuts in menus is to help people learn that there are shortcuts for them, and that logic would in turn seem to apply to context menus.
