Imap filters are fine, but pop filters have problem on being biffed. Needs to be fixed.
Nominating for nsbeta2, as biff with filters on Pop accounts will not work otherwise.

moving nsbeta2 nomination to Keywords. When biff goes off, it moves it to the correct folder, but no visual indication is given so that the user doesn't actually know that the filter went off and doesn't know that they received mail.
