When typing, the bullets of the password progress. By hitting Enter the login works fine. (it never did display the login name in this action). Once logged in and out. The the display of login and cursor works fine. When typing, the bullets in the password box show. By hitting Enter, the login works fine, but it never displayed the email address we are logging in. Expected Results: The email address is shown in the login box and the cursor is highlighting the email address or located in the password box ready for password entry. The link I am using was bookmarked a long time ago. I use it because I don't like the new interface.

If I understood well, your problem is the email address is not saved and you must re-type it every time? If yes, you must simply allow the cookies for live.com. You probably have some extension that blocks cookies, as CookieSafe. If it works, please change the resolution of this bug as INVALID.
I, too, found his description a bit cryptic. However, I can add this: Firefox processing of the Hotmail/Live login page is faulty. It does not recognize the "username/account" prompt as a username field - hence, it does not offer a pull down menu of possible username choices after you have logged in once successfully off that page. It does this action routinely on "Rock.com" - but their login page has a field labelled "Username"; with hotmail it is labelled "Windows Live ID: ". Probably need some updated conditional that checks the URL for "live.com" and if so, looks for "Windows Live ID: " on the page. Painful, I know, but typical Windows/Microsoft (and one huge reason Firefox is in existence). Fixing this bug can allow the developer another small feeling of having victory over The Empire. Go Firefox. Death to Microsoft.
