Minimize doesn't work properly with Expose while running Java app.  When trying to maximize a window using Expose while running a Java app, Firefox becomes overlaid, even if Firefox was supposed to be minimized at the time.

Verified using Facebook Photo Upload app (regular version, not Simple Uploader)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open another program other than Firefox.
2. Start Java app (start uploading pictures if verifying using Facebook app)
3. While upload is going, use Expose to try to view another window.  Note Firefox overlays onto that window so it is invisible (or partially invisible).  Also note that Firefox is out of focus.
4. Minimize Firefox.
5. Repeat steps 2-3.  Note that Firefox is still overlaid even though it's minimized.
Actual Results:  
Firefox was overlaid in both cases.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should be backgrounded in 1st case, invisible in 2nd case.

This is a mass search for bugs that are in the Firefox General component, are
UNCO, and have not been changed for 800 days and have an unspecified version. 

Reporter, can you please update to Firefox 3.6.10, create a fresh profile,
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and test again. If you
still see the bug, please update this bug. If the issue is gone, please set the
resolution to RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
