Details

If a user tries to import bookmarks from Firefox, we'll read bookmarks.html, but starting in FF3 that file won't be updated; current bookmarks will be in the sql file. We need to add a FF3 importer.

I'm doing some restructuring in the bookmark code, so I'll do this after I finish moving the current import/export code.
