When highlighting text in the location bar it occasionally doesn't actually
appear hightlighted. It is still behaving as if it *is* highlighted however.
When this happens the cursor is also missing. Location bar is still useable though.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Happens randomly during browsing, keep looking is all I can say
Actual Results: Cursor vanishes, highlighted text doesn't appear highlighted
but behaves like it is.
Expected Results: Highlighted text should appear highlighted.
