439471 - "Allow remote images in HTML mail" is selectable on OS X cards

When viewing card properties, the checkbox "Allow remote images in HTML mail" is both visible and selectable.

This shouldn't be selectable, and as the Mac address book doesn't have the remote images option, should preferably be hidden.

I think LDAP books hide this in some manner, but IMO we really need a better solution for extension development.

Setting as wanted-tb3 because its not a big issue if we don't get it, possibly just slightly confusing. Depending on the solution/timescale, we may need to separate out the extension issue into a separate bug.

I wonder if the OSX AB API allows arbitrary attributes per card or if the schema is fixed.

Either way, we shouldn't allow it to be changed if the card is read-only.

fwiw I've been pondering if we can do some sort of address book type specific card for a while now, but I haven't come up with anything yet.
