Details
Bug 346122 updated the VPAT for Firefox 3, and renamed it to /firefox/vpat.html
However, we should probably keep these files named on a per version basis for link-longevity. As per bug 346122 comment 22:
- rename /firefox/vpat.html to /firefox/vpat-3.html
- add a redirect from /firefox/vpat.html to /firefox/vpat-3.html

This part is done in r15745. Reassigning to reed for the redirect (is that ok reed?).
