User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052912 Firefox/3.0
After the option is selected and clicked upon
a new window opens briefly with the formatted content of the message
and a dialog box with printing settings pops, then Mozilla crashes
with segfault. The following message is printed on the terminal:
firefox3/run-mozilla.sh: line 131: 30293 Segmentation fault "$prog" ${1+"$@"}
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the browser
2. Log in to GMAIL using the Standard interface
3. Open a message
4. Choose "Print" on the message menu in the upper right corner
of the box containing the message.
Actual Results:
The browser crashes
Expected Results:
A Print dialog is displayed. The user then chooses the printer
and starts a printing job.
Could Reproduce on 3.0RC1, 3.0RC3 and 3.0 Release.
Never observed this behaviour on any of the 2.0 Releases. At present
use 2.0.0.14 without any problem at this.
A somewhat similar but probably a different bug was reported as 383344

I have exactly the same problem, except that it does not only occur when I try to print from gmail (I do not have a gmail account), but on any page: if I go to any page, even a blank page, and I select "file->print", the print dialog window very briefly appears (0.2-0.5 seconds) and then FF crashes.
Same "about:buildconfig". Did not try on 3.0RC1 or RC3, only on 3.0 release. No problem with FF2 before.
