All instances of the text box with numbers + up/down scroll buttons (I am not sure what such a control is called) appear abnormally enlarged. An example can be seen under: Tools > Options > Privacy tab > the box against the label "Keep my history for at least [this box] days". See attached screen shot for example.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From menu select, Tools > Options > Privacy tab
2. Under "History", see control with label starting with "Keep my history for" 

Actual Results:  
The control in question is enlarged

Expected Results:  
The control in question should appear in normal size.

I have upgraded from FF2.0.0.14 to v3.0

I don't see this problem with the Windows Classic theme.  It's likely that there's a misbehaving addon causing this.  Do you see this with all of your addons disabled?  If you find that it is indeed one of your addons causing this, please contact the author of that addon.

You are right, I've narrowed it down to the Sxipper v2.1.2 addon. I shall report this to the author.

However, the particular control still seems a bit enlarged when as compared to the ones found elsewhere. See example screenshot. It compares the control with the one found in the windows date dialog box (double-click the date in the windows system tray)

Yes, that's a known problem (bug 417701).
