I don't know if Product and Component are exact. Please correct them if not.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open Fx2 and Fx3, possibly in blank profiles. All steps must be performed for both the browsers
2. Go to Tools -> Options -> Security
3. Enable "Warn me when sites try to install add-ons" if you don't
4. Click on Exceptions button near that preference
5. Remove addons.mozilla.org (remember to re-add it at the end of bug-testing!)
6. Try to install an extension on addons.mozilla.org. For example, https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/2248
Actual result:
In Fx2, with the add-on notification bar you can allow the current site to install add-ons without any confirm message for the future, but you must re-click to install the extension.
In Fx3, you must only click "Allow" to start the installation, but you can't easily add the site to add-ons notification exceptions
Expected result:
In Fx3 the notification bar for addon installs should have also an Edit button, that opens the Exception manager for those notifications. That window should block any other Firefox window until it will be dismissed.
After that window is dismissed, if the site is allowed the installation must start. Optional: this could be applied on all opened tabs in all windows.
