Help! BIRT is critical to my work; I need to revert to FireFox 2, but am unable to find an installer anywhere.

Looks like a bug in BIRT Report Viewer (bad user agent sniffing).

You could try faking a different user agent string and see if that helps.
There's an add-on that can help you with that:

I assume BIRT is this thing:

If so, someone should get in touch with them and tell them their sniffing is busted.

Thanks for the prompt feedback and suggestions. The User Agent Switcher add-on was of no help. I have uninstalled FireFox 3.0 and reverted to 2.0. I will notify our software vendor about the BIRT user agent problem.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
