Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; cs; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; cs; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0

I used to have narrow Firefox window at right margin of screen in older versions. I had use this window for gmail service. After updating to FF 3 it have disappeared this scrollbar without change of anything else. (moreover, another bug occured, which is gmail specific and which I do not describe as I expect it disappears after correction of here described problem)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any webpage which is long enough to firefox must generate vertical scrollbar.
2. If the window is maximised, make it non-maximised.
3. Pull the left or right margin of window to make window narrow. Set the width of the window to 340 px or less by this manner.
Actual Results:
If the width of window is less or equal to approximately 340 px (screen resolution: 1280×1024) then after release of mouse button vertical scroll bar disappears. (It disappears partly when the window's width is close to 340 px. )

Expected Results:
Scrollbar has to be fully accessible for mouse manipulation.

Default theme, screen resolution 1280×1024 px @ 16bit colors
