440371 - search engine manager suggest new search site but is not able to add it

When I visit the site

http://dict.leo.org/?search=utterance&searchLoc=-1&lp=ende&lang=de

then Firefox suggest the new search site "LEO Eng-Deu" in the search manager menu. When I click on this suggestion, nothing happens, it does not add the search site and it still is suggesting it.

I though have already added the other way around, that means "LEO Deu-Eng".

Perhaps the problem is there because I already added "LEO Deu-Eng".

Also, it was a bit strange if I remember correctly, I was trying to add "LEO Eng-Deu" and also clicked on this entry, but FF added instead "LEO Deu-Eng". (I think it suggested both at the same time when I firstly visited the page, but don't remember that exactly anymore.)

How can I figure out what the problem is?

At least there is clearly a bug *somewhere*, because when I click on the "LEO Eng-Deu" suggestion, nothing happens.

Yes, I confirmed this behaviour once again:

I just removed "LEO Deu-Eng" out of my list. On the site, it only suggested "LEO Eng-Deu". When I clicked on this suggestion, it adds "LEO Deu-Eng" instead and still suggests "LEO Eng-Deu" after.

The "LEO Deu-Eng" search site which was added is also really the Deu-Eng search.

Perhaps this is somehow related to the fact that I am using the German (=Deu) version of Firefox?

Under searchengines, I have only these files:

gentoo-bugzilla.xml  leo-deu-eng.xml        youtube-video-search.xml
imdb.xml             wikipedia-deutsch.xml

This is now the leo-deu-eng.xml site. It' strange, that this was added but I clicked on "LEO Eng-Deu".

Hm, my assumption was wrong at one point:

The added search site "LEO Deu-Eng" does the search in both directions. It will both find "player" and "Spieler" for example.
