Details

We should have a WebService method that takes a field_name argument as an array and also a language argument (perhaps also an array). We should return the values from field_descs for each field specified (or return them all, if the field_name argument is not specified), with the actual language as part of the return value (so, for example, if they ask for de and we fall back to "en", we should let them know that the return values are "en", not "de").
