when about:about is typed into the address bar and enter is pressed, a broken page is shown.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Type about:about into the address field.
3.Error is displayed
Actual Results:  
File Not Found
Firefox can't find the file at jar:file:///C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/aboutAbout.html.
    * Could the item have been renamed, removed, or relocated?
    * Is there a spelling, capitalization, or other typographical error in the address?
    * Do you have sufficient access permissions to the requested item?
