Javi, is this still an issue? If it is, could you describe more what kind of JavaScript call is requested?
This feature has been requested for quite some time, but we just haven't gotten around to fully spec'ing it out. The closest we've come to doing this is adding a forced backup flag in the javascript method crypto.importUserCertificates. This really is an RFE..
