44165 - Loose caret in location bar and can not retype

Description

Not sure if this is an Ender issue or a browser issue so creating a 
browser-general bug.

Steps:
1) In Navigator, type a URL in the location bar and click enter
Notice that caret goes away/disappears
2) Try to click in the location bar at the end of your URL and you can not get a 
caret where you want it
3) Autocomplete goes nuts and you just can change the URL successfully without 
some pain

Changing URL is a common browser task so I recommend this be dogfood.  Not sure 
if there are bugs on this already.

The focus/caret issue is bug 42074.  The autocomplete problem, as far as I can 
understand from what you're describing, is a dup, though I can't seem to find a 
bug right now -- I know radha knows about the problem (she mentioned it once), 
but I'm not sure if it's been reported or not.  In any case, that's really a 
separate bug.
