When installing Lightning Trunk into Thunderbird 3.0a2pre, the folder tree is no longer accessible.

1. Install Thunderbird 3.0a2pre (without Lightning).
2. Install DOM Inspector.
3. Open DOM Inspector, and switch the View to "Accessible Tree".
4. Select File/Inspect Chrome Document/Inbox ...
5. Open the Chrome window node, the "pane", the first "property page", and notice the "outline tree".
6. Expand it, and underneath find a list of column headers, and below a list of outline items containing the folders.

7. Install Lightning.
8. After restart, launch DOM Inspector again.
9. Perform steps 4 and 5, but notice that the hierarchy is different, and that the folder tree is now a "list" instead of an "outline".
10. Also notice that below that list, there is only one list of column headers, but no folder items.

I expect a lot of changes to the folder pane when the kill-rdf stuff lands, but maintaining an accesible folder pane is a requirement, ISTM.

Marco, I've tried to reproduce this with the latest nightlies (which include kill-rdf work) and it seems the outlineitems are back to their original state.

I'm closing this bug as WFM, please reopen if you still experience the problems.
