Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to tools > add-ons > get add-ons
2. Search for 'tab preferences'
3. Notice than 5 results are shown, with a link to view all 10 results.
4. Click 'See all results (10)'
Actual Results:
Browser goes to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search?q=tab%2520preferences
* 'No results found'
* Search box on page contains 'tab%20preferences'.
Expected Results:
Browser goes to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search?q=tab%20preferences

Somewhere, this is being double encoded: " " -> "%20" -> "%2520" (with "%" being encoded to "%25" in the second pass).
