Scrollbar is better than arrows

Details
Arrows appear at the top and the bottom of bookmarks menu if it is
longer than screen height.
It's inconvenient, because it moves very slowly. Scrollbar was better.

don't let evaughan hear you or he's gonna be pretty damn mad :) -- the
scrollbars were a temporary solution, the autoscroll is the final. I'm
99.99999999% sure we're not going to switch back to scrollbars...
perhaps there's a pref (or a planned pref?) to enable faster
scrolling...evaughan?
