In addition, it contains a XUL-related block that is not relevant at all I believe. XUL:window etc. documents don't actually implement the nsIAccessibleDocument interface, so that part will probably never ever get executed.
Marco, could you point steps of reproduce? It's not clear from your original bug report. Thanks.
I believe this was when I wrote the tests for nsIAccessibleDocument.
