When noscript disabled, captcha is displayed correctly, otherwise its a blank captcha

This issue is also reproducible with the Adblock Plus addon. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Adblock Plus, subscribe to 'EasyList (USA)'
2. Enable Adblock Plus
3. Get to the captcha step on the Weave account creation wizard
4. No captcha is displayed.
5. Disable Adblock Plus
6. Proceed to the above step
7. Captcha is displayed.

I have no idea if any of the other subscription lists will block the captcha.

The one of following is proposed:
- Interact with functions defined by addons to whitelist Weave itself when detecting one of the blocking addons.
- Leave it as it is and direct people to read the FAQ if they cant see the captcha. 
- Interact with the addon developers to have api.recaptcha.net whitelisted.

The last would seem ideal leaving almost no work by an email.

Perhaps we can detect noscript in the future and at least warn.

We warn now, we'll do better in bug 508112
