Load the above URL. For me, only the top part of the page shows up. If I hit 'Reload', then the content area becomes entirely blank. On a second reload, the contents of the page do show up.

Could this be related to bug 41956? Does scrolling or resizing cause the doc to appear?
No, resizing does not cause the page to show up. It also causes garbage copies of the taskbar to show up in the content area. Some more details: when the page first part-loads, the images in the top frame don't load.

this loads fine on WinNT and Linux. May need some machelp to track this down.
