442601 - Tooltip doesn't disappear when mouse is moved into Java plugin

Sometimes when a tab displays a pop-up upon mouse-over, containing the title page of that tab, the pop-up does not disappear when the mouse is quickly moved to a Java applet (notably Runescape). This does not always happen (I suspect this is due to a time variation, or other factors), but when it does happen the pop-up does not disappear until the mouse is moved from the Java applet. This particularly (and possibly only) occurs when switching to a tab containing the Java applet. 

Also Note!: I have (so far) only noticed this bug using 800x600 screen resolution, but then again I only play Runescape (which is 99% of the Java applets I open) in this screen resolution because the game is at a fixed resolution, and has no full screen option.

I have personally confirmed that this bug is NOT caused by ANY FIREFOX ADD-ON by using safe mode with all add-ons turned off, and all setting to their default. I am using Java version 6, update 6 (build 1.6.0_06-b02) on Vista SP1 (on Aero theme). In addition I have also noticed this bug in various Firefox 2 versions, but have only just had time time to send a bug report for this particular bug that has been dragged along into Firefox 3.0

Please reopen/comment with further info, if you still see this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later.

If you wish, you can also try to reproduce in Firefox 4 Beta 8 or later, since it is possible the issue has already been fixed in Firefox 4:
