The context will be the https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Mozilla%20Localizations, i.e.

Estonian Localization (Eesti lokalisatsioon)

or one of your other options.

Sander, please add [e-mail] to the list of your watched bugzilla accounts, you do that on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email. That way, you get notified of new bugs when they get filed for the Estonian localization, and new comments etc.

Please watch [e-mail], too, we rarely use that to notify all localizers about issues affecting all or most locales.
