There are also links missing: - Academics for success - Beyond the classroom - A diverse community - . They should be where the horizontal scrollbar is now. Regression range is: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsquery.cgi?module=PhoenixTinderbox&date=explicit&mindate=1192864680&maxdate=1192865699 -> Bug 393096.

Best.Title.Ever Confirming and changing to something useful. I'll try to come up with a minimized testcase later. I'll note now that this is a Flash movie with a width of 850px inside a div of width 850px (with overflow:auto set on it) inside a table of width 850px.

I suspect basically the same issue as bug 434174.

Doesn't really meet the "wanted" criteria (security, stability, regression from maintenance release) for 1.9.0.x. However, we'll look at a reviewed and baked patch.
Flags: wanted1.9.1?
Flags: wanted1.9.0.x?
Flags: wanted1.9.0.x-
This page does exhibit bug 434174. However, removing the whitespace inside the object element (but outside the embed element) makes it stop showing bug 434174, and it still shows scrollbars. So it's not the same problem. A simplified testcase would be really useful here.
(Then again, maybe that's only the case since I don't have flash installed and I'm looking at the download-the-plugin piece. However, the download-the-plugin piece didn't cause the scrollbars in Firefox 2.)

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160) and bug 1687239 has removed the relevant Layout code, so this bug is irrelevant now.
