Attached patch patchSplinter Review
js/tests/Makefile calls pattern-expander.pl and pattern-extracter.pl without specifying a path to the script which requires the js tests directory be in PATH. This patch simply calls the two scripts from the current directory.

hi bob, can you verify this is fixed on 3.0.1 builds?   just update the keyword to "verified1.9.0.1", and marked status VERIFIED when complete.  thanks!
