When you've filled in the value for an <input type='file'> (like the 'add attachment' box in bugzilla here), you cannot unset it. The keyboard does not respond and clicking shows a finder popup.

This seriously impedes uploading files to webpages, as you cannot correct errors.

I disabled all extensions beforehand, and checked on two different computers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to add attachment to this bug
2. find file to upload, enter in form
3. try to remove it.
Actual Results:  
cannot remove file from <input>
