I am having scruples about this working.  To actually implement this test, I need a topic for the listener which is called when the dm is closed.  Is there any topic that is sent to the listener when the dm is closed?  I checked download.js, and I managed to get download-manager-remove-download, but I doubt that, that's what we need!
