Our privacy policy on www.mozilla.com describes how the information in crash reports is used, but there is no way to see this information at the time when a user is being asked to fill a report out.

We should add some UI (button -> dialog with text) which clearly explains:

 - what information is included
 - how that information is used
 - the related privacy policy

I'm thinking of a "What's a crash report?" type thing as well as a way to view the relevant portion of the privacy policy itself.

This obviously has l10n impact if you want it on the 1.9.0 branch.
