The old HTML export and import functions keep the favicon for each bookamrk.  The new JSON-based backup function don't save the favicons, resulting in a bunch of default icons for all the restored bookmarks.  It would be nice if the JSON export saved favicons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Make sure you have a bookmark with an icon.
1. In the "Organize Bookmarks" window, select "Backup" from the "Import and Backup" menu.  Save the file somewhere.
2. On another Firefox profile, use the "Restore" option in the "Import and Backup" menu.  Open the file you created in step 2.
Actual Results:  
All the favicons are replaced with the default bookmark icon.

Expected Results:  
The favicons should show up/
