An unhandled win32 exception occurred in firefox.exe [5012] An unhandled win32 exception occurred in firefox.exe [4736] It seems that the code of exception is random in all the cases the numbers were different. Until now i have to use Internet Explorer to see this page. The first thing that windows shows up after the crash is the debugger selection JIT. I hope this helps :D Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to site http://match.esus.msn.com/myhome/myhome.aspx You must have an account 2.Wait to the page loads 3.If the error doesn't show up move your mouse over any link un the left user panel. I'm using Windows XP with new Service Pack 3, i don't know if the service pack 3 is fully tested with Firefox 3. This error show up on many pages related to microsoft, I don't know if this is a kind of way to prevent the use of Mozilla Firefox.

Did you install the Silverlight beta plugin (enter about:plugins as URl in Firefox) because it's beta (!) and known to crash. Which Version of it do you have installed if you have ? Did you send a Mozilla crash report ? Enter about:crashes as URL and post the Crash ID here. If the crash reporter doesn't come up disable the flash plugin in tools/addons/plugins because flash 9 is known to break the crash reporter. You can also install Flash10 Beta which is already fixed. If the crash reporter still fails to come up use this instructions and attach (please do not post) the stack trace of the crash : http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_with_WinDbg
