Starting from the Sumo home page, I can't find link to a listing of support articles. The problem is that the link "Knowledge Base" in the upper right goes nowhere. Thus, if a search fails to find the information, there's simply no way to find the needed article. After considerable searching--at least 1/2 hour--I never succeeded in finding the list.

We should just use the same link as we're doing with the in-product start page at http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+Help

There's actually a "Browse all Knowledge Base topics" link at the bottom, which points to <http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-wiki_rankings.php?style_mode=inproduct&locale=en-US&limit=500&categId=1>.
I had to scroll down to see it; so this could be a result of bug 442182. VanillaMozilla, did you see the link, or did you want something more?

Oh, I see. You're referring to the web site start page, not the in-product start page.

This seems to still be a problem, no? I'm not sure, so reopening just in case!

The fix is the "Browse all Knowledge Base topics" link on the website start page.
