User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 If I middle click on a group of tags ('folder') in the bookmarks toolbar, it switches to the first new tab, even with browser.tabs.loadbookmarksinbackground set to true. A single bookmark will open in the background. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. have a folder on the bookmark toolbar (bookmark all tabs -> Bookmarks Toolbar] 2. set browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInBackground to true (and b.t.opentabsfor.bookmarks) 3. middle click the bookmark group -> will switch to new tab. Actual Results: switches to new tab Expected Results: firefox keeps on current tab, and opens all new tabs in the background.
Confirmed with Firefox 3.0.1 Loading a group of bookmarks at once (for instance, middle-clicking on a bookmark folder) simply doesn't respect browser.tabs.loadbookmarksinbackground setting like in Firefox 2.
