Download the same file using "Open with" multiple times, all the file links on the download completed window points to the first file downloaded eventhough multiple files are downloaded in the PC. 
Also the files are saved as readonly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download the a file(same file) using "Open with" multiple times.
2.Right click on each file on the download completed window and click open folder, explorer opens and the first file is selected always.

Actual Results:  
All links in the download completed window points to the first file


Expected Results:  
Should point to the correct downloaded files.
