It should be very simple to support this now -- we should just be able to use the current offset and pass it into GetTextAttributes(). We only need the range that returns.
We need to add this to nsHypertextAccessible::GetTextHelper() for the BOUNDARY_ATTRIBUTE_RANGE case.
