if a site with a flash video is open (eg youtube), cycling through ctrl-tab will end up blanking the flash image out, and just leaving a blank white space where the image should be.   It should at least freeze the flash image in the thumbnail.

It currently displays a blank white space where the flash video would appear instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 3.1a1pre
2. open up multiple tabs, one of them being a youtube video (use URL)
3. play the video in the youtube site
4. CTRL-Tab, and verify the thumbnail for the youtube page is missing the video area.  instead, replaced by whitearea 
Actual Results:  
Missing flash video in thumbnail.  should be a still image instead

Expected Results:  
Still image in place

I believe all Flash content is missing from the screenshots, due to bug 313462.
