what do you mean with "issue". A fundamental required info in a bug report is to specify the issue you are having.
Summary: When upgrading to 3.0.1, extentions have issues. → When upgrading to 3.0.1, extensions have issues
This is a standard way to reset some extensions stuffs and is not a bug report. There are some extension authors who mistakenly set their maxversion to "3.0" instead of "3.0.*", and as such it'll complain that those aren't compatible after update. Report this to those authors for them to fix. As for any other issues, please file a bug report. This, however, is not one. --> INVALID
